This Cookie Notice explains what cookies and similar technologies the sofeei.com website uses, what they do, how long they last, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Notice, which describes how iAGE Kft. processes personal data.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — such as local storage — store data in your browser in the same way, but without sending it back to the server with every request.
Cookies and local storage can be used to keep you logged in, remember your settings, secure forms against abuse, or measure how a website is used. They are set either by us (first-party) or by a third-party service embedded in the page (third-party).
3. Cookies and storage we currently use
The table below lists everything the website stores in your browser. Items marked strictly necessary or functional are set without consent because the site cannot work properly without them; the statistics items are set only after you have accepted them in the consent banner.

These items do not build advertising profiles, are not shared with advertising networks, and are not used to track you across other websites.
4. Analytics and marketing cookies
4.1. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the website is used: how many people visit, which pages and surveys they open, and where they arrive from. We use it for aggregated reporting, not to identify individuals.
These technologies are blocked until you accept statistics cookies. If you do not accept them, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies; it only loads the tags you have consented to.
Google acts as our data processor for this purpose. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in our Privacy Notice. Advertising personalisation is switched off for this property.
4.2. Advertising and social media
We do not currently use advertising cookies, remarketing tags, social-media pixels, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell personal data. The consent banner still offers a marketing category so that, if such a service is added later, it cannot load before you have agreed to it.
4.3. Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Manage consent on this page, or by deleting the cmplz_ cookies in your browser, which makes the banner appear again. Withdrawing statistics consent stops any further analytics loading; data already collected is retained as described in our Privacy Notice.
5. Legal basis
Storing or accessing information on your device is governed by Hungarian legislation implementing the ePrivacy Directive, and the related processing of personal data by the GDPR.

6. Third-party content
Some pages link to external services — for example the Sofeei application sign-in. Following such a link takes you to a separate service, where that service’s own cookie and privacy terms apply. We do not control cookies set by websites we link to.
7. How to control cookies
You can manage cookies and local storage yourself at any time:
- In your browser settings, you can view, block, or delete cookies and site data, either generally or for
sofeei.comonly. The relevant options are usually found under Privacy, Security, or Site settings. - In private or incognito mode, cookies and local storage are discarded when you close the window.
- Browser extensions can block cookies and scripts before they load.
Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect how the site works — for example, your colour-scheme choice will not be remembered, and form submission may be restricted if the site cannot store the technical data it needs.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this Cookie Notice when the technologies used on the website change. The current version is always available on sofeei.com, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page.
